Part 3

Blossom Valley: Blackout

Must make sure to miss that town if I move, not that anyone would want me, but any way... Reminds me of the sort of place a Cristina Prince character might end up, in truth. Obviously the whole pregnancy thing did nothing for me, but the rest of it was decent, but not exceptional for me.
High end of enjoyed

Laser Tag Party

Have been a fan of this all the way through, but fine, I loved the way the ending all played out. Gorgeously romantic, but with a neat twist. Would I love to be adjusted, you bet I would!
Low end of much enjoyed. As much for the whole series, but happy endings, well...

Ah well, way to old for this kind of mischief, but that might be for the best. Geo is a fun writer to read, and this is no exception, all the characters are great fun
Low end of much enjoyed

Split Slave

Hard to say much here without giving spoilers, but yes, plenty of mixed emotions for me in this. Fascinating to see where it goes next, for sure
Definitely enjoyed

Please, Please, Sir, Put Me in My Place

Oh goodness, this was so much fun. Lucy handles the whole gender thing absolutely brilliantly. Again, the spanking stuff does nothing for me, but the rest is brilliant
High end of definitely enjoyed

I'm glad you liked it, even if it wasn't all to your taste

Everyone loves a wedding, right?

Thanks for your kind comments, Merry. Here's hoping that the next Alterations story meets with such approval.

Anyone want to do the Cliff notes version? =D

I just don't have the time or attention span for a story that long.

The description pretty much covers it.

It could do with a good proof-read, and there's a level of cynicism that borders on the conspiracy theory, but there's some fairly solid world-building too.

What Dreams Are Made Of (mc mf ff md) (new)  by littlefrog66
Artificial Intelligence Singularity sends back copy to change the world’s future. Recruits genetically engineered sex slaves from 2222 to recreate Master’s Harem, for the man who helped invent the machine that caused it all. Discover that aliens were really responsible for it all. Track down interstellar sentient Mother Ship and set out to save the universe from bad guys. Discover alternate universes. Along the way, they save women from an evil mind-altering drug that turns women into sex slaves and save other planets from wicked alien AI’s.

Well I am still reading this epic and am about a quarter of the way through Part One and have to agree with Grey Shadow that a 'a good proof-read' would have made a good story a little easier to read...  Although the story is well thought out and flows seamlessly from scene to scene.

I must say that I am inpressed by what I have read so far, especially by the level of cynicism which this style of 1st person POV (with flash-backs) needs.  Incidentally I would be very interested to know just how long it has taken littlefrog66 to write this fascinating story.

I won't promise a review when I get to the end but, based on what I have read so far, I would recommend it to anyone who might be interested.

Nice one, littlefrogg66, although I rather wish that you had posted it in weekly, easy-to-read installments..

More sweet, sexy, silly fun to be had in this week's edition of Blizzard. Everyone seems ready to set aside their worries, doubts, and cares for a bit while they put the items from their latest shopping trip to good use.  :)  Honestly, it couldn't have happened to a nicer group of four people.

Thanks! Glad you like the characters, makes it satisfying to throw a wrench in the works now.

I wasn't going to say anything, but I have been thinking that there needs to be a crisis or reckoning soon.

Part 4

Blizzard

A bit focused on all the sex combinations for me, but it made for a fun read, all the same. But beyond that, as much fun as ever.
Definitely enjoyed

Intended Attraction

Oh, the end makes for some fun, but what the next sexual event between those 3 will be, who knows? I'd love the 2 girls, but anyway... The build up to the event was fun, if a bit inevitable.
Definitely enjoyed

The Long Game

Hypnosis, and fd of men shouldnt be my things, but fine this was funny to read. Maybe helps that I played golf when much younger, so I can relate? Certainly a more entertaining round than any I had, for sure! Delightfully done, for sure
High end of definitely enjoyed

Pink Glasses

OK, I would have loved this, regardless of a Carla, a Marion (Davies), and a Norma (Talmadge) who all fit the parts perfectly, even if neither of the latter were known to be bi, lol. Seriously, the whole story is wonderfully done, including the whole 'what should I wear' stuff.
Fine, I'm giving it a low end of much enjoyed, though I suspect that may be down to the 'casting', just saying

Excellent, this chapter's the turning point. Knew it was bit oversexed for you but, I'm glad the parts you like stand out.

Thanks to all of the people reading and saying nice things about "Kat and Mouse." Maybe I'm being immodest (or just plain wrong) when I say this, but I think it gets even better in the chapters you haven't seen yet.

Part 5, almost there

The Countess’ Conquest

Oh seriously, if the Countess needs any more victims, tell her to call me! Would love the part of Voltinelle if it ever got made for real. This is fun, great play off conversation between the 2 main characters before the inevitable happens.  Great fun read
High end of definitely enjoyed

Hostel

I could say something about Alice, but its a bit earlier in the week for that. Author will know what I'm hinting at, anyway! ;) This chapter is as strong as ever, lets leave it there
High end of definitely enjoyed

It Runs in the Family

Oh fine, the family stuff is a turn off for me, but thats my only complaint, really. Other than that, this chapter is as good as ever, I must say. Loved the play with the girl friend, I must say
Definitely enjoyed

Kat and Mouse

Oh goodness, loving this, and cant wait to see how this all plays out in the end. Cant say a lot more without spoiling things really.
High end of definitely enjoyed

Last 3 to follow. I know, had thought it would be 4, but I included one on list I shouldnt have done!

Thanks for the kind words on "The Countess' Conquest". I was going for a light and friendly tone in the post-mind-control conversation to suit the Countess' cheerful hedonism and Dauntless Maid's full acceptance of her new lifestyle, apparently it came across as intended.

That last trio

Bimbo or Billionaire: Terminal Stage

I think, to be fair, this is about as sweet as a BoB story is ever going to end up. Yes, therefore, I love it! At the same time, there are some neat changes in here too. You know the formula here, it plays to that. But yes, if you want some sweetness, in with the other stuff, this is for you
High end of definite enjoyed

Bouncy Bounties

I must admit, I found it hard to care about anyone here, in truth. There are some neat twists and turns here, just that I found it hard to care what went down, but anyway...
No rating, taste issues

The Key

Fine, for those with issues (hopefully no one), there is a transgender warning going on down here. Again, I had issues caring about either character, so just sort of turned off to things.
No rating, couldnt get involved

Thats it for this week, thanks as always to all authors, reviewed or otherwise.

I have to say, while I have been enjoying Hostel as is, at this point in the story I'm just going to be honest. It's a terrible adaptation of the movie. I was giving it some creative freedom in the beginning, but it doesn't seem to be following anything from the film. I just don't get it. I'll give it a few more chapters. Hopefully by then I start to see what I had expected. If not, I guess I'll just have to cut my losses. Sometimes people just take too many liberties, I guess...

HA! I'm not sure what the prize is worth, but you win the update thread this week! So many liberties with the "source material".

Yay! Honestly, knowing someone got a laugh out of it is all the prize I need xD I thought about waiting until the story was finished, and have that part of the "review," but I was too impatient, and wanted to share my dumb humor right away.

Trust me, you probably wouldn't want to see the original movie! And if you do get approached for a part in Hostel, make sure it's 321's version, not Eli Roth's!
