Ahh, so many great stories this week. And couldn't come at a better time!

Mirrors is another detailed story that gets me into author Meleva's style of writing even more. Even the occasional complications and confusion in the writing keep me going to understand the connection between the woman, John, and the woman with blue eyes. Some interesting turns, curious elements, and a slow build-up to help me appreciate every step built. I think even the 1st person perspective was a nice fit as seeing how the main character dealt with everything internally was compelling.

I'd read S.B.'s A Song in the Rain before, but it didn't seem quite familiar until getting into it. Not forgettable, but S.B. writes enough where it's easy to forget if he's written something when there's a lot of good stuff of his to read. I'm sort of glad I'd forgotten it because it was pleasure to read as if it was the first time all over again. A very sweet story, hits several romantic notes I really like, and a very satisfying ending. I hope I can forget about this again someday to re-live the "first time experience" all over again.

Tessa's Jewels was a nice piece by what might be a new writer to EH. Wasn't a fan of the paragraph and formatting, but loved the inductions by Eve, and the antics she especially played with Leon. My kind of scene, and a great effort by a first-time writer. I look forward to more of his work.

Under the Gun seems to be a continuation of chris.lionofthenorth's last story Rebel with a New Cause. Selene is at it again, taking another superhero, this time for impeding on the activities of the recently enslaved one. Pretty hot how she treats them once she has two under her power. Glad the author continued his story, and can't knock his taste in character inspirations (Bayonetta)

Adaptation was not only a hot domination story, but a nice look into the scientific theories of how certain creatures adapt. I love how it seemed that some of those explanations maybe served a little like pillow talk or foreplay as she ramped up her sexual intentions towards him. Luisa seemed a very eager lecturer for Chad, explaining to him her theories, even if they fit under the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (what you study, you also change). As of the story, I doubt Chad mind's the change, especially if it makes Luisa happy.

And The Further Adventures of Louis and Elle, three weeks running, a pace I'm not used to with this author, but I'm not complaining at all. This time more of a direct romantic bent with playing out Louis' likes and stories of how some of his family carried on with their relationships. A nice little surprise with how it somehow turns into more roleplay, and inadvertent hypnotic dominance on both sides. Another nice chapter to follow.

Have the pleasure of working this weekend and just got home not long ago so my time today has been very limited. It sucks.

Two stories I did read today and will comment on:

321s Hostel is really entering the nail biting stage. Rebecca tries to get Emily out of her situation but finds herself thwarted by a past action of her own. Because of this she is really juggling balls up in the air, not only for herself but all the controlled girls and also friend Emily, who could end up like poor Olivia if she is not careful. The walls are really closing in on Rebecca as she now knows the full extent of what has been going on. If that is not bad enough, Alice has expanded plans, and they are not so nice, dearie!

Alice also tells Rebecca in no uncertain terms of what she is capable of when pressed. And all this brought out some classic lines and scenes that I could just envision in head so clearly:

Alice expounding-"But there are men out there who will take everything you have if you’re not careful.” She looked Rebecca up and down. “Women, too." Uh huh, looking at Rebecca up and down. Does she suspect?

Rebecca thinking- She thought of Emily walking out of the hostel under a new name, a one-way plane ticket to Bali in her small, delicate hand. “Sorry, dearie,” Alice would tell her. And that would be that. Uh huh, again. Yep, she is right to think that. Pithy and chilling.

And she also knows who will turn up at the door if she runs. The person who would hurt the most.

At the end Rebecca really takes a gamblers shot at something. If it works she has a chance, if not, she's crapped out big time.

Another terrific chapter in a great, sophisticated story. Oh and hot as always. Always that.

Nevermind's Simple and Straightforward is anything but that. This is real brain twister, not just for Maria and Aurelia but for the reader. And the journey is so very nice and steamy too.

Wish I had more time to read right now and comment but not this "weekend" because I don't have one.

I love 321’s work.  Great additions to both “Deep Under Cover” and “Hostel”.  This week, I’d like to particularly call out his portrayal of  Rebecca’s subjective perspective.  She has a moral base, but it’s constantly at  war with the innate hotness of hypnotizing beautiful women.

Carefully Random's The Mask Becomes You delivers yet another amazing chapter.

Tara is forced to choose between saving herself and saving, in a manner of speaking, the friend she's fallen in love with. Some heart-tugging and sexy scenes follow as Tara struggles with the consequences of her choice. And just when things seem to be at their worst...

Meanwhile, Kallie's Subroutine continues to go deeper down the rabbit hole. Lori's friends gather together for a movie night. Gee, what could possibly go wrong? It's not like one of them is a brainwashed drone on a new mission, right? I love scenes like this, and Kallie really nails it here. Fantastic.

Finally, Kat and Marisa return in SoVeryFascinated's Kat and Mouse. The hypnotic music file is a classic MC trope, and this one is a doozy, dropping one of our heroines into a deep trance and programming her for... well, we'll find out in due time! A great start to what promises to be a great story.
